Children need Holy Spirit too!
Jesus promised that the Father would send Holy Spirit to be our: helper, encourager, guide, and comforter. And He did at Pentecost!
Do you have verses in the Bible that trouble you?
2 Corinthians 13:14 is one of those verses for me. In the New International Version it says, “May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.” We see a picture of the Trinity in this verse: God the Father, Jesus and Precious Holy Spirit.
I love the fact that in most Christian homes children know about God’s love. His love is powerful.
And children know about the transforming Gift of the Grace that was given to us by Jesus through the finished work of the cross.
Did you notice the Scripture didn’t stop there? It continued…”and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.”
he’s my friend
Has been since I was a child.
In this paperback book:
- I tell my story of being so hungry for more of God
- I explain how I learned about Holy Spirit
- I use the wind to describe Holy Spirit so they know Him better.
- I tell Paul’s story in Acts 19:1-6
Your child can experience Him as their friend!
Holy Spirit is very real to me and I want to help children experience and know Him personally. He’s not weird or spooky like His name might sound to a child. This is a book of textured photographs of boats, birds, waves, kites and kids that help me introduce them to Precious Holy Spirit.
This book uses the wind to illustrate some of the distinct characteristics of Holy Spirit. I share my personal story of receiving Holy Spirit as a child and the story from Acts 19 in this short easy to read book on the Holy Spirit.
Written especially for children ages 7-11.
